Combining 26 years of CEO business experience with his psychological background, Mr. Z has developed a revolutionary communication process that brings a discouraged, disengaged and frustrated workplace environment back into sync.

Mr. Z’s entrepreneur experience started at the ripe age of 19 packaging mailing campaigns for clients out of the garage. He built his little business into a company with over 100 employees and mailed more than 160 million pieces of mail annually. With the aspiration of making a positive contribution in the business world, Mr. Z is reaching out into the consulting arena to generate the most from his passions of psychology, sociology and business.

Mr. Z has a love for children and over the years has been involved with teaching Parenting classes, and directing a Sunday School program.
